Post Disaster Etiquette
Not my video but summarizes how I feel about person to person interaction after a disaster. Especially in dealing with people that refuse to prepare now and say, "I'll just loot what I need" or "I'll shoot survivors and take what I need."

Your rights end where mine begin and there are common moral rights and wrongs. As for written laws, pick up criminal code and have at it. The laws that work are the laws that can be enforced. Some won't abide by any law. That is when the law needs to crush them.
