REAL Zombie Attack in New Orleans?

I found this news on a real news site with a title that caught my eye: "Victim says attacker chewed, swallowed". In this article the victim said that a stranger went up to him and just bit him. Took a huge chuck out of his arm. After trying to strangle the man, the victim's friends knocks the attacker away who then wanders off towards a police car. Now when it comes to zombie news we have to read between the lines. I think this screams out the loudest. Click source link to read article.

I live in New Orleans and heard this story as well. It was later revealed that the attacker was on some serious drugs and lost his mind.

Could be a zombie, but it probably was some guy on LSD.

Did the victim get medical treatment for this? If so, where is the hospital? If this is a real zombie attack, this could be phase one.
