Runners?

Runners are alive, just extreamly homicidal.

they still need to eat drink and sleep like any other human, They just don't do it. (other than killing and eathing people)

although to me the question of why the crawlers don't eat the runners continuously bugs me.

I agree with Thomas' point of view regarding the runners. By what I've heard/read of them, they are remenicent of the "infected" of the 28 days series.

I always thought it was a matter of if the infection turned them into zombies without killing them (like a higher immune system or something?) then they are runners, if it kills them first (most people) there not...i mught be wrong though

so then, if they didnt get any food or water to sustain them, would they then starve to death and become a slow moving zombie?

Both, they starve die then reanimate.
