Social Or Lone Wolf?

In the aftermath of a zombie outbreak, would it be better to have an ''every man for himself'' attitude, or an ''all for one, one for all'' attitude? I can see both having pros and cons, but what does averyone else think?

i think having a couple of close allies would me the best bet, but having to much allies means your supplies will be spread thin, but having no allies means less pratiction and less supplies in one raid
