You know you're a survivalist if:

You admire homeless people in the city for their ability to live off their skills in the city.

Great list!  Here's a few other items I have in my emergency kit you might consider.  Some items might be extraneous but it's what I've got.  YMMV.

Hat: good for both sun and rain.

Small mirror for signaling.

Sponge for soaking up drinking water from puddles/dew (stay away from bright colors).

Pens/pencils and notepad.

Various plastic bags: ziplocs, grocery store bags, and garbage bags.

P-51 can opener.

2 canteen cups, Esbit stove, trioxane.

Firearms maintenance items: solvent, oil, cleaning rod.

Gorilla duct tape.

Multitool.

Radios: CB, shortwave, GMRS/FRS.  Eventually, I'd like to get a Ham.

Kinetic powered wrist watch.

Caribiners and zip ties.

Dental floss.

Adventure Medical bivvy bag.

Razor blades.

Small spool of wire.

Small sewing kit: needles, thread, safety pins, buttons.

First Aid Kit:

Foot powder and moleskin.

Ace bandage.

Small splint.

Tweezers/forceps, hemostat, surgical scissors.

Coban tape.

Butterfly/steri-strips.

Syringe: mainly for wound irrigation.

OTC painkillers.

Nitrile gloves.

Thermometer.

damn I can narrow this down to 5 things, lets see if anyone else can.

1)backpack

2)spare cloths

3)non perishable food/water

4)flash light

5)crowbar

these obviously are the bare necessity's.

30 rounds of .22lr- really? a box is 50 rounds and it really isn't very much. you can easily put 300 into a small zip lock bag. weighs little and takes up little space.

shotgun for long range?
