the best melee weapon to use when Z day comes

all right, everybody knows their melee of choice, but what one is truly the best, and when i say best, i mean what  melee weapon is usefull in more than way?

crowbar, axe, shovel, chainsaw (not recamended), and other yard tools all have multiple purposes. I would probably use a russain infantry shovel as my melee weapon of choice if i needed one with multiple purposes. It was designed to delive massive damage as well as dig.

metal feance post with a spike on the end easy to find so you dont need to look for it if you throw it or drop it when your running away plus they keep zomibe a couple of feet away from you

A full metal axe not a hatchet but the real deal. No wodden handle thought it will break it has to be all steel. They are farirly light weight so easy to use on a long term base.
