So tell me why the red, and green herbs help in these games and yet my red and green herb's only slow me down in reality... And what is a health drink? Whats in that game drink? If I had a health drink that can heal me up even after gun shots, zombie bites, and falling off buildings I would have a way better chance at living longer.

What games?
Prime, i think he's refering to resident evil games. though i'm not sure if he means the first aid spray when he refers to health drink. it's just a game Mr. Matthew. they needed some form healing since it's almost impossible to get through any of the serie's games unhurt and certain herbs and plants have been known for their medicinal properties, whether they were coagulants or antibiotics. and the first aid spray is a first aid spray. meant to heal.
if you meant some other game where you drink an energy drink to heal, then i don't know about it or what to say that some games use food as healing items.
Food to heal is another thing and the herbs heal more then they should. If they wanted a heal they could of used a number of other antibiotics or others like pills, a hot knife , a fishing hook with thin wire, or even a part of your own shirt to stop small open cuts from being filed with dirt. A game does not just have to a simple mined thing. There is no rule saying a game cant be more open minded to new idea's such as those. With a new world should come new games that are more then just a game. Some people care about games like others care about movies or Lame ass world of war craft...
Any horror games that have herbs to heal your self.
like i said before, some plants have medicinal properties. if not the herbs it would have been food items.
Like I said before yes herbs do carry medicinal properties but no point. Its stupid to make it a crime to use and sell herbs if in all these games herb helps you in many ways. Dont get me wrong I fully stand for herbs but it seems your under thinking it.

for some reason i the notification for your second post before your first post so i missed that part. sorry if it seemed like i was restating something so you could get the point without providing something to back it up.

well, not all herbs that heal are illegal. i'm mexican and my mom has many remedies she's used on me and my brothers for when we've got hurt. cuts, sunburns and other skin conditions, headaches, stomach aches and ear infections. there are also many stores that i've gone to as a kid with my mom to buy herbs and they had a very wide variety so it all comes down to what herbs you are refering to.

I cant say much for resident evil 4 since i frankly hate where the game went from there. i did play 5 though and since it uses a buddy sistem and is action heavy, i can understand why they'd simplify things with the injection or spray or whatever it is they use on eachother when they don't have herbs as for the earlier games, there werent many places where you would get dirt on wounds. sure, there were place with dirt, but not a lot. and you were almost never knocked down onto the ground except for tyrant and boss fights.

then you also have to consider that all the fancy modern medicine would either already be looted or non existant wherever the game takes place.

i wouldnt mind if there was a game that implimented the use of a hot knife, hook and wire, or piece of cloth, but in most cases, those things would be rusted or dirty and would likely cause an infection than keep you from bleeding out or getting infected. it would probably just be easier to have the character limp for a while till they are safe and say they did it than have time taken from the player's progress to do such things or keep having pieces of the characters clothes rip to show that they cover their wounds.

and as for food... who of us hasnt felt better after eating something good when you had a hard day and suffered various injuries and fatigue from work? i know i do. it makes walking and moving your muscles easier.
