and I didn't know if I was supposed to find a specific discussion panel... but I couldn't so i opened a new one... I only have one safe house I can't just be putting the address on the internet, but it is on Providence road in Talladega AL, Rally points:For Oxford, Skyway pawn; Talladega, MASH military surplus; Bynum, Outpost military surplus; and anything in between is just back to safehouse....
