Undead Rights

With the ever increasing population, should we not be looking for ways to live with our undead brethren? It's not like there's not plenty for them to eat, and it's survival of the fittest if a fat kid gets snacked on. Zombies are the working class of the undead but beyond them is a host of creatures that not only want rights but can form sentences and demand them. We mustn't forget that the zombie comes to mind first only because they are more numerous, and in some ways more crass, than the other undead out there. Vampires wait for the night when they are no longer being written about by Anne Rice. Mummies just want solitude and a 10% cut of the treasure they guard, books they are in, and any movie appearances. It should also be remembered that werewolves hate being called undead and want to be treated like any human with a horrible disease. So what say you? Do we give the undead freedoms or hunt them down? But about what in particular? Why, exactly, do you think so? By this point, I've kind of gathered that you think I'm wrong, and I'm pretty sure that everone else has as well.

Man, they are, People that became dead because of some bad bioquimical manipulation of a virus, i mean, they are the unwanted children of the nature. Its like a rat with an illness, you must take it down because if you just let her live, she will infect each and evryone of your loved ones, NOT BECAUSE SHE WANTED TO, SHE DIDNT EVEN KNOW SHES INFECTED.... sooo when you really think in the consecuences, you shoot them..

Nah, Zeds shouldn't have rights. Unless, they could show that they are of legit intelligence and promise not to bite, claw, or attack people. But, I don't like the idea.

All dead should be allowed a 6' burial or cremation, Choice being up to the one that puts them down for good

Keep them in jail cells and make them run on turbines to generate a clean, reusable source of energy.
