Just in case I wake up in z-poc in a random country in a bathtub full of ice with a kidney missing, please write what country you live in, and what type of guns&ammo that is common in your country(NOT military). If you live in the U.S, please name the state you live in.

(Bonus points if you think you know where my kidney is.)

I begin.

Finland- 2-pipe shotgun, hunting rifle, combination gun, non/semi-automatic pistols, and the occasional pump-action shotgun.

Ak-47. Most common weapon on earth, it can be found anywhere.

Not commonly or in working condition in countries that doesn't allow assault-rifles.
Black market. Like I said there everywhere, especially in the countries that make them. Finland is right across the water from Russia, the biggest manufacturer of AK's of all, except maybe China.
We don't have water between us. AK's would be very well hidden in the few finnish homes that got them, because the gun restriction laws has gotten even stricter since the school-shootings.
I thought Finland and Norway were together on a seperate land mass from the rest of Europe, Oh well my bad. Anyways, Black Market weapons are always hidden, thats the way they'll stay until its time to use them or there's no more laws. I mean, you can't exactly go parading around town with a bazooka can you? As for school shootings, none of them here stopped the flow of weapons in the U.S..

But it did here in Finland, now you can't get a license if you're not 18, need a seperate license for every gun, and the only reasons you may have for getting one is hobby and hunting, which you have to continue doing, or they'll revoke your license.

Also, i know that they are hidden, and probably so well that I won't find it/bother searching a house that looks gun-free. Therefore they don't serve any purpose to me.

Any gangsters in finland, they've got to have something. If not, work your way to russia, the mob there has to have something.
which they'll kill me with...
Well, there is a chance they'll kill you, but its an absolute certainty that a zombie will so I'd say its a necessary risk.
Nope, I just need a 10-person base, and zombies won't be able to get me. (I have never understood why people think staying in the same place is a bad idea, it's not like zeds can go through a wall or rip out a barricaded door(at least not one that I have barricaded)
Its not that people think staying in one place is a bad thing, there's just not a shit load of good spots to stay. Now, one zed may not be a problem, but how about a thousand of them? Food and water runs out and the constant pounding of the zeds finally degrades your defenses, then what? Plus, you can almost guarantee there will be raiders so some weapon, preferabley a gun, is always necessary. Besides, were talking about things you need to get not things you already have. So, that 10-person base is most likely going to come later on, thats if you make it that far.
I actually think I will, there shouldn't be an all to explosive infection here, especially not in the winter.
