Permalink Reply by Dominic W on April 9, 2011 at 12:42pm Great video Grizzly.
It seems you have already been chosen to win for the week, which I feel is going to discourage other submissions.
Permalink Reply by Grizzly on April 9, 2011 at 4:44pm It's unfortunate, because that wasn't my intention at all. I enjoy watching other people's submissions.
Permalink Reply by DakotaYoda on April 10, 2011 at 7:41am Not your issue at all Grizz. You put together a helluva little vid.GREAT work!!! Absolutely no arguing w/ the quality of your submission.
Dom is right though. We shelved shooting our ideas as it seemed this weeks had already been decided. I guess we'll save the idea for another time.
Permalink Reply by Laz on April 10, 2011 at 8:01am These contests are just a method to get videos for the final film, we may use every single contest entry from a certain week or we may end up using none of them (including not using the winning submission).
I would strongly encourage anyone who would like their work to be included in the final film to submit as much material as possible to LZ in the next couple of months, regardless of winning a t-shirt etc or not in a contest.
These contests are not for deciding which pieces go into the film, someone who has not won a single contest may get their stuff into the final film while someone who has won multiple times may have nothing included.
If you want to be in the final film, submit. It is highly likely that we will stop accepting submisions for the film sometime this year. The less you submit the less chance you have of getting selected :)
