if batman turned zombie i'd kill him then steal his utility belt. think. surrounded with no way out. dead right? wrong!!! with batmans belt i could use the grappling hook and swing away. but a rotting batman would be creepy to look at...

Or even a super villain! What if a zombie Galactus rose from the starry depths of nothingness? I guess he would still eat our planet....
A Superman zombie would be incredibly destructive like Hulk I would think.

I was thinking about it and for someone like Wolverine walking as an undead is virtually impossible. Someone would have to rip the heart from his chest somehow and even then he would never degenerate or rot as a zombie, plus if he could rot the bones that would show beneath would look metallic so he would be a pretty sick looking rotting corpse.

Wolverine's healing ability isn't absolute. There are ways and reasons he can't heal. I'd question, like superman, if his healing factor would defeat the deadly z-virus. Obviously in the Marvel world they said no...look up woverine zombie...

Yea like the other guy said his healing powers aren't absolute because in the marvel zombies parts of him do rot. And earlier you mentioned Galactus becoming a zombie, in Marvel Zombies: Dead Days he shows up after the zombie heroes already ate every person on the planet and then they all fought big G but they killed him but he killed all but like 6 in the process but they overtook his abilities and realized that they could consume planets to help feed the hunger.
