silver surfer himself is an alien with the power cosmic and if the zombie uprising occurred as it did in the short series Im thinking he probably would not get infected. Doesn't matter anyway, he got eaten.

Yeah...just because you can't turn, doesn't mean you're a survivor...some get eaten till there's nothing left...
