Jeans, under amour , leather jacket cut off the sleeves, take the leather, soak it, tie it tight to your body, do that with another jacket and then another
the rebels in Grenada did this when we headed over, they have the capability of stopping a .45 and weight about 1/2 the weight of real bohttp://www.lostzombies.com/forum/topics/what-is-your-ideal-gear-fordy armor, watering it down makes it tighter, so movement becomes a little less which is why you cut the sleeves so you can still keep going

prefer most my weapons from Cold Steel, i have had a knife for over a year now hasnt needed sharpening once, and i have used it for a lot of things
the emphasis though on small and light, easy to carry, after that a small military surplus ruck sac with various things for bedding, food, water purification, zippo, nails, and any other small nicknack i might find and keep with me, such as the zombie survival guide
shark suit granted your gonna sweat but if a shark cant bite through it chances are a zed cant either
steal toed boots
googles and facemask
small steel crowbar
hatchet
hunting or survival knife
any high quality machete
Crossbow and arrows
2X Taurus Millenium pro series pt111 w/ double action trigger pistols 2 clips for each
dried and canned foods
purified water and purification kit
Lighter and fluid
the shark suit isnt that heavy but makes you sweat like a beast overall you can move well and fast when needed and if a zed happens to bit your arm chances are youll be fine, however this offers little protection from stray bullets sot be sure you can move it if shots are fired near you
I took a ball bat beating while wearing motorcycle gear under my coat and pants. It was the hard plastic kind. I was unscratched (were covered) and used the arm guards to retaliate.
If you can't break it with a bat i'm sure you can't bite through it. It's light weight, and quiet.
its a great idea for what your saying but shark suits can be picked up easy during an outbreak where i live
