What is your one horrible weakness in a Zpoc? You'll be surprised to hear mine
Ok, I have the skills, the equip, the location, etc in real time in the real world. As I have mentioned many times, I live 100% off grid in the Rockies.
So what's my biggest fear or weakness? What scares the shit out of me?
I wear glasses. I am horribly myopic to the point that without corrective lenses I can see clearly only about 8 inches in front of me. Genuine coke bottles! Typically I wear contacts and have several pairs of glasses on hands.
But contacts eventually break down and get rips, pin holes or rough edges. And they have an expiration date, wherein the plastics also get weaker the older they get, even unopened, so they don't last as long and would be kinda worthless after 10-15 years of stockpiling. And they have maintantence issues with cleaning, solution, etc.
And glasses get scratched up, break or are easily ripped off your face. Plus they impede your vision during rain and get fogged up easily (Try wearing glasses in a gas mask sometime)
This concerns me to the point that I have seriously considered Lasik, because this is my one big Achilles' Heel in life. Especially when it comes to night vision, I'd be absolutely useless without glasses on or contacts in. I could see well enough during the day to drive a car, but not well enough to scout the horizon or shoot and actually hit something.
So, what is your Achille's Heel - what is your one horrible weakness that may end up causing your demise or swing the advantage against you in a disaster or Zpoc?

ya good idea but 1 i dont care if i gotta puke annoying yes life threatining no its not that bad actualy and also my fiends go to the range all the time i just tag along with them so its like i know how to use them but dont own one good advice to

My one fear of the Zpoc is the fact that I don't have the supplies I would need to survive, and I'm too poor to get said items. All I have for defense are knives and a baseball bat, my only transportation is a recreational bike, and the only first-aid I have is pain spray, bandaids, gauze and Advil.

go to a dollar tree store - you can get plenty of supplies there for cheap including first aid - be sure to nab some dermoplast, tooth numbing liquid or gel and some liquid skin as well as other basics
you can find rain ponchos, plastic sheets, tin foil, all kinds of work glove and rubber gloves, bungie cords, plastic table cloths 'can be used for ground cover or tent', rope and cords, clothes line, clothes pins, duct and electrical tape, etc. all for a buck
stock up when you can afford - they usually have good deals on canned food and tuna in the foil pouches as well as peanut butter, honey, dried beans and rice
sometimes they even have tee shirts and shorts, for a buck each

wow, i didn't think of my eyesite being a problem but i only have two pairs of glasses and im well over due for a new perscription.

and when it comes to supplys i get water my friend gets food and my commander gets everything else hes a bit uhh how you say loaded with supplys and im not scared of getting hurt from a knive falling door to face its just pain soldier!

Id say my biggest weakness is my lack of emotion. It would be an advantage when it came to the hard decisions but imagine raiding for supplies in an infested town without a healthy dose of nervousness...........not good

Should start with my good point. Being alone doesn't bother me, have a very active imagination, boredom wouldn't get me down. Bad points (deep breath)- borderline alcoholic, smoker, running pisses me off, never even held a gun let alone shoot one, skills in the outdoors based on Bear Grylles(eg. pretend to live wild then stay in a hotel), poor eyesight, tend to let my mind wander leaving me vulnerable to surprise attacks(there goes my good point), and I have all the fixing and mending attributes of a blind ferret. Apart from that I'd be great. But my Achilles heel would be when the peanut butter ran out. Obviously the remaining survivors would be warring over the last few jars, possibly ending in a nuclear fallout, but I wouldn't last two days without it.
