Let's face it folks. We need to go places from time to time. We can't just sit around in our bunkers sipping coffee for the rest of time. We've got to get out there to replenish supplies, and beat in some brains!

Take in mind that things in Zombieland are generally free for the taking. Money is no longer the burden it once was. It's simply decorative toilet paper and fire starter.

Granted, gas may be a little tricky to get from time to time, but it's still there for the taking anywhere it can be found.

Your feet wear out after a while, and who wants to run around all day when zombies are on the loose when you could just drive?

So, what is your personal choice for transportation?

Let's keep it serious to an extent though. These should be vehicles you can actually manage to get your hands on. But no harm throwing in some unusual dream trucks for us to drool over!

I'm thinking Subaru Baja.

Ugly little things(looks like an ugly car and an ugly truck had an unfortunate one night stand), but what more could you ask for?

4 door, 4wd, decent ground clearance, good hp for the size, decent fuel economy, small truck bed for essentials...and they're all over the place. (at least around here)

Just add some light armor, and watch out zombies!

lol...these would be okay too...but I did say we should keep it serious. ;)

It was a TV Movie/Pilot. I don't recall the name either but it starred John Saxon. The guy who played lurch was in it too.

Edit: found it A Strange New World

Two similar movies close in time of release could be why ya thought it was a series. I'd like to see some remakes with today's technology. Oh yeah, and Zombies.
He was also in a similar one called PLANET EARTH
I watched this new reality show yesterday where a man and his family are trying to become totally self-sufficient. He was actually able to make an older model pickup run on the gases collected from burning wood, and they placed the apparatus that performed this process in the bed of the truck. That's innovation, son!
Good point. I guess I was just kind of starstruck by the idea of the wood-burning fuel because I had never thought it would be possible. I guess it would be just as cool to have a big smoke stack coming out of the bed! (lmao)
A heavy armored yet super fast rv with unlimited fuel, armed with machine guns with unlimited ammo and auto turrets, also robot unicorns with death lasers pulling it, and there horn is a katana, and it has wifi! :D lol idk

Unimog is the only way to go.   My pick is the Unicat.
