What Shoe will you wear?
I know what your thinking, your thinking "Wtf why would I care about what shoes I wear?"
Well what shoes you wear will effect your whole post Z-day life so what I want to know is what will you wear?
Me, I'd have maybe three pairs of shoes a pair of good hiking boots (everests of course) some road running shoes (Aididas Bounce are great) and finally just some a regular pair of shoes (Converse FTW) The reason why so many pairs is that it'll allow your shoes to last longer which is always good

I own 2 pairs of shoes, 11 Hole Doc Martins and 511 Storm tac boots. The storms are water and pathogen proof and very comfy while the Docs are better for kicking things.

A left one. a Right one on Modays and both on Sundays.
But as a serious answer Australian issue camo boots.
they cover most of my shins are capped and may not be water proof but let it in then filter it out and dry quickly and keep your feet dry to boot.

You need boots out here in the deserts and mountains of New Mexico, all military boots give you more grip on rocky cliffs, ankle stability for support when walking and carrying heavy loads. My boots of choice and I wear the shorter version almost on a daily basis is:
Converse 6" Desert Boot and 8" Converse Desert Boot

I got these paratrooper issue combat boots I've been wearing for a while now. I forget the make but they've kept my feet dry and unscathed thus far so i trust em.
