you have so many flaws with that.

 

first off landmines are not placed to kill people. in war their placed to take a mans leg off and fill up hospitals and wasting huge amounts of resources to keep him alive. it may not seem like alot of money but on a large scale retreat and the enemy walks right into your mine fields that's when it adds up. So taking off a zombie's leg isn't going to kill it, and what kind of traps are you talking about? spike pits and shit? unless the zombies impale their head their still going to live. think shit out before you build a human prof base in a zombie apoc.

I think his defenses are fine so long as he changes from killing to slowing down, a crawling zombie is far better than a walking one.
