I have tried sending private messages to the mods, and still haven't gotten a response to this question.
Several days ago, I posted a thread in the Role Play forum (I had thought it to be the best location for it). The thread was titled Sorry Komradz. It was not insulting, there was no profanity. It was a just a thread detailing some of the disagreements I had with the idealogy they profess on their page, and why I could see it as dangerous in a zombie infested world, or especially when it comes time to rebuild. That thread has apparantly been pulled. I would like to know why. I sent in a general request last week, with no response, I tried messageing several mods with no response, which is why I decided to ask publicly. Can you please explain why the thread was pulled? Were there replies that I didn't see that went downhill? Was there something offensive in the content? I'm not trying to cause problems, I just want to know what the boundaries are, and how this thread crossed them, as it was all completely within the rules listed.
I hate to see that thread gone, as there is excellent discussion material in it. I don't believe I'm alone in this as well, as I've received several messages agreeing with me and thanking me for posting it.

I don't moderate on the roleplay forums so can't say why, but it could have been any of the reasons you listed above. Also Ning has been performing maintenance recently which has been causing things to vanish.
You can always re post the discussion. Hope this helps.
