It is called fire and displace people and it is essentially an affirmative to both questions. You see I don't think anything can truly stand and fight against a zombie horde, the sounds of battle will just keep drawing more in and zeds will be relentless not bogging down under fire like humans do. However for those of you who are like me and can't stomach the idea of leaving everyone to the zombies, all is not lost, simply look up fire and displacement tactics, in essence it is a fighting retreat. If you want to get more advanced you can look up peals which are a navy seal tactic where half your team lays down fire while the other half falls back, once it has gained position it will lay fire for the second element to fall back even further. In my opinion these tactics would give even a small group the ability to fight off even a large group of zeds.
indeed. Noise lights and human scent atrack a horde like no tomrrow. although your plan is well thought out, it wouldnt work. 7,000 ppl, plus the other infected areas. plus count illegal immigration... plus lack of ammo/food/water, and what if the place catches fire?
My advice is grab and run.
not one place will hold forever.
running isnt weak. im not talking about abanondin' your faimly's house. im talking about
Holy shit. i got 20 rounds left...
Holy shit theres 100 Zed's
Holy shit if i dont fall back now and re supply im dead.
A true person like yourself will glady stand and fight untill you are no more. there without a doubt is honor in it.
Personaly. i'd rather kill as many of them Pricks as possible before taking my own life at the final stand.
if you dont agree its alright. i'd rather have one less zombie then one more.
and if this ever happens, i wish those that stand, the best of luck.
See, the first to run are the weak. If you have a need to run, like low ammo, then it's not weak. It's intelligent. When I said Those who run, I meant the ones who just automatically do that. They don't even try.
