Worst Place To Be At The Beginning...
Not long ago I was watching Man Utd vs Arsenal at Old Trafford along with nearly 80,000 others when a man collapsed 3 rows in front of me. For a while I wondered whether he would rise as a zombie. I would have been completely screwed, no chance of escape. It was OK though, he had died. Only kidding...he'd just fainted. Anyone else think of a worse place to be at the beginning?

In an office tower in any urban city center/downtown. Not only because half the office workers wouldn't know what to do, but some of the others would insist that everyone stays calm and waits for instructions. When Zed comes tearing through flesh, everyone will be going batshit with no where to go to hide. Most will try to run down the stairs, but those will be crowded. Meanwhile Zed's either inside already somewhere, or coming up the stairs to get at the hundreds of fresh meals streaming down to them.
I suppose the only way out is to wait it out in some crawlspace somewhere, until zed moves on after other refugees somewhere, but that is chancy as hell. However, the one benefit of the urban downtown is that after everyone goes batshit stark raving cannibal corpse, they'll mostly go after the fresh meat that has escaped for more rural areas. Allegedly.....
Doesn't stop the zeds here from hanging about looking for unfortunate pigeons and such

In the middle of a Trafficjam would suck.
1st: because of all the people.
2nd:theres alot of stuff to prohibit fast movement such as cars and panicing people.

A submarine.... at a few hunder feet down. Dunno how the outbreak would break out down there but you can escape and god damn if I'd know how to drive the thing to the surface, hell I'm just the cook, I don't know anything about steering this damn thing! Plane would be bad because of the lack of weapons available. I guess in a sub you can get firearms but you'd only be ok if you knew how to navigate said sub.
Any ocean liner would suck ass too.
