Would you kill them?
If your loved one got all full blown hollywood makeup zombified and woke you from your sleep by trying to bite you. what is your immediate reaction? Would you kill them?
Thats what my wife just asked me.

like makeup zombiefied? or real zombie? Real Zombie yes...obviously they arnt your family any more. But Makeup Zombie ill probly just freak out haha.

more than likely, they're pretty much dead anyway. except maybe my brother, I'd just pull a shaun of the dead and keep him locked up in the tool shed while I trained him to play videogames again.
if you mean wearing zombie makeup and scaring me like Bill F'n Murray, then it depends, if I'm holding a gun and they jump out all made up and moaning, then it probably would be intinctual at that point, a reflex, I'd feel bad, but no use crying after the deed's done.
if they wake me up and I don't have a weapons around me, I'd probably be so busy trying to get distance between us that they can go 'phsyc!" and let me know they aren't really zombified

Okay, if there is no Zpoc going on then they will likely live. If we're in the middle of a Zpoc and it is a zed then pop. If we're in a Zpoc and it is someone in makeup then Pop. They deserve to be shot anyway.

They would certainly know i didn't apriciate it, and i think a Zombie complaining about the fact i just broke it's nose would kinda let me know it's not real.

This depends really if it is during the Zpoc or not.
If it wasn't then my immediate reaction would be too throw a pillow at them and get some distance from them. If they chase me then its a strike to the bridge of the nose and make them flow real blood.
If it was during the Zpoc I'd grab my kali sticks use them defensively shove the zombified family out of the way and get the hell out of the house and drive to the police station or safey zones they may have established.
Funny thing is that I sleep nude sometimes...but hey, life or death situation right?
