Sit in the back of the Police car i've clearly been thrown (for whatever reason) in and hope the cops can keep me alive.
Or alternatively warn my freinds Via phone while i still can and get too my local scout hall with my Family and lock ourselfs in (Its built like a freaking fortress)

Cause 4 inch thick steel doors and brick walls sounds good to me. And i shure as hell can't get out of the back of a police car... i'd be handcuffed and everything!
