we are the Borg Resistance is futile :3
I am starting to sound like a broken record here... The Road is a good film based on one of the best books I have ever read. I urge everyone to get a copy and read it. NOW....
A friend of mine gave me a copy of The Road in late 2007, and I read it while I was in Iraq. It such a good book, and the way a post nuclear holocaust is represented is terrifying.
yes truly a great book couldn't put it down.
CYBORG!!!

haha van damm beating up a robot...classic

Escape from New York!! Come on Snake Pliskin kicking some ZED ASS!!! And with one eye to boot!
i have to agree pliskin could realy kick zed ass, "call me snake!" i'm sorry snake could really kick some zed ass!!!

I have a couple more to add... On the Beach and Five.

The former was made in 1959, is based on a book of the same name and is about the survivors of a nuclear war awaiting the fallout to reach them in Australia. The CO of the last American Nuclear Sub is sent to San Diego to investigate a morse code signal from an area where there is supossedly no life left. A great atmospheric film...

Five is a small character driven story about possibly the last 5 people left on Earth after an atomic bomb test wipes out the rest of humanity. Made in 1951, it has the distinction of being the first post apocalyptic film to show the after affects of nuclear war.

Both are dated but well acted and very easy to watch. Check 'em out...
