I'll tell you mine. I have a lot of people. I'm a nice guy so I have 20+ people in my group. I have my family and my teams assorted families. I have 15+ shooters. 15+ cooks. 7+ strategists, and 4+ outdoorsman.
What about you guys??

my group is very small; me and four other people. We have styled ourselves after a special operations team. That DOES NOT mean I consider myself our any other member of my team to be on the level of US SOCOM, simply that a team such as theirs is the model we base our selves on. Every member can do everyone else's job but each has at least one specialty. The breakdown works like this:
Me: Small arms expert (there aren't many weapons haven't handle or operated and I consider myself an adept shooter with the "main" weapons: M4/AR, Ak, pump/semi shotguns, Glock, 1911, etc.) that said I will probably handle the shotgun for the team: looking at a 870 Express Super Mag sometime in the very near future.
MH: Great outdoors man; flint napping, fishing, hunting. The list goes on. Also the best shot on the team he is the our designated marksmen (not a sniper but I wouldn't want to think he was pissed at me).
WS: He brings a lot of resources to the table: A boat, three Jeeps, quite a cache of weapons and ammo, and me and him trade off as second best shooter on the team. A solid man to have.
SJ: 50% Nerd, 50% Bad Ass: Not a great shooter, but still adequate. His main claim to fame is a frighteningly thorough knowledge of how to make homemade booby traps and explosives. He is also a really funny man and is great for keeping moral high.
AS: His status on the team is a little iffy. But that is only because he is actively serving in the US Army's 101st DV. So he may have other things to do. I really shouldn't need to explain why a professional soldier with two tours in 'stan is a valuable member on the team.
In addition each member of the team is a trained in first aide, SCUBA diving, repelling, kayaking, and a host of other skills.

I choose to carry a shotgun most of time because of their versatility and effectiveness at close quarters. They are not perfect and I may not carry it for every situation, but it is what I prefer.

Going with opsec but u should rethink ur group cause at that many people ur gunna be slow and a massive target that's my advice take it or leave it if u don't just another zombie to kill

Good on yall for remembering family, this post I has actually clued me in that I am making no concession for my family or any of my teammates family, I guess they're just kind of on their own... I should probably rethink the plan a little.
