Thats actually the farthest I've read, I've always wondered how they'd make that work, with "the injury" an all.....I cant wait to find out :D
I wonder if they'll carry the injury over to the series. I would rather they not do it.
Haven't read the comic book so as a Walking Dead newbie I though it was awesome. Great characters and an interesting looking ensemble cast. Big fan of Darabont and look forward to the rest of the series.
I just watched it not long ago and I have to agree with everyone else here. its a zombie story that is finally done realistically and it is also about how people live or survive in a post outbreak world.

this show actually fallows the comic well, aside from some changes down for the sake of extending the show and pacing. One of my fears for this comic becoming a show was that they might make the characters more cliche' and make'em like every other ZA character we have seen so far, but yet I was amazed that they kept the characters as they were from the comic.

even the sniper bit was touching, He wanted to take the shot but couldn't get himself to pull the trigger, the last time we see him lift the rifle then it shifts back to Rick in the park, we are left wondering if he made the shot or not.

This show has promise in becoming a hit. I'm definitely keeping tabs on this one.

of course I did notice the typical goofs of a zombie movie, cheesy head shot spray, getting swarmed and getting away by the skin of his teeth. but that's how most first or pilot episodes would be like, right?

anyways, this show is really promising, hope they keep this up!
LOL! Kilroy? Inside joke or just by chance?

I did notice that this show was more geared towards those that are already fans of the comic, in the ways that, from what I can recall, answers a few questions about the guy and his son that he encounters(cant remember names) and things like that. but i cannot wait to see more, i hope there is a big enough following to at least complete 2 or 3 seasons this thing.
According to a released statement, they've already started planning for season 2.
personally i liked it, cant wait for the next episode
i did notice in the previews that they added characters in the city, i like it though since now i have to look forward to surprises since i have read the comic
I loved it. Haven't read any of the comics, yet I do know that it's based off of the comics. I'm just not a comic book type person. I'm more of a full length novel enjoyer. :)
well they watered Glenn down a little with the addition of the new characters but i still like it so far
I enjoyed ep2 last night. Survivors seem a little kick back though. Espescially when the zeds are slamming rocks against the glass! And, some carrying don't know where the safety is or does? I mean, how longs it been since Z-day? And, you got a gun and don't know how to use it? I guess its been a month at least since stuffs gone bad. My question about the sex was quickly answered...(ohh behave baby!). Sticking damn close to the comic. I think the only thing missing is...me! C'mon walk on contest!!(fingers crossed)
