you're trapped in a small area with zombies swarming you faster and faster what weapons would you use to defend yourself
if i was trapped with zombies swarming me i was blasting with a shotty to get my ass out of there

Obvious move is to block every window with furniture, and especially the doors.
As For getup i would have fixed metal blades on my arms( think Assassins creed) and ton of clothing/ makeshift protection to avoid bites/scratches along with a police shield/Riot gear if i had come across such on beforehand.
- Firearms. 9mm Pistol and a shotgun, full auto hopefully.
In emergency cases only ( other survivors or mass of Zeds)
then Go quickly look thru the first floor to see if there is anything i could use, go upstairs, block the stairs with something heavy and big( make it impossible for the Zeds to get up, let them roam downstairs to their hearts content. Then Formulate a escape plan in my head which would be something along the lines of using objects and throwing it to cause noises in the distance to distract them. Then Possibly escape with ease!
If that fails use the roof cause noises in the distance, move down run like a bitch while i hack and slash at vital points of Zeds standing in my way. I`d be happy to sever limbs, no need to waste time on breaking the skull and brain.

And you would obtain the acid how? And put it in the Super Soaker how? And keep it from eating through the Super Soaker how? And die how? I know the answer to the last: Get burned by the acid, then get eaten by zombies as you were writhing around in pain.

In a small area? That pretty much eliminates guns, unless you have a pistol, in which case my preferred sidearm would be a Desert Eagle 50 cal. Guaranteed to take a zombie's head off, and possibly the one behind it. However, now we run into the problem of ammo. a DE is relatively easy to reload, but bullets run out quickly and, 50 cal or not, lots of zombies + set amount of ammo = unhappy living person & happy undead. So we turn to melee weapons. My weapon of choice would be an Agent Bloodrayne style armblade. (http://www.trueswords.com/agent-bloodrayne-vampire-armblade-p-784.html). This sucker will protect your forearm and take the heads off any approaching zombie. Plus it can't get ripped out of your hand. I would couple this with a medium length blade, like a machete or Wakisashi sword. This is easier to handle one handed and can do maximum damage with a heavy blade. As a last resort, always carry a knife. My preferred knife is either a bowie or tactical knife. The advantage of a tac knife is that it is designed for killing. It usually implements some kind of braining spike on the butt, and sometimes includes brass knuckles or a hand guard. Bring on the undead!
