I think that it would depend on the condition of the dentures. What I mean is: if the "z" bites hard enough with the dentures and manages to break skin, the saliva (or whatever substance is in it's mouth) could potentially get into the cut, therefore leading to infection. So I say potentially yes.
If the bite breaks the skin and any bodily fluids were exchanged, well then buddy your f***ed.
olny if body fliud gets in a open wound or your moth or a**
But don't forget your eyes, if fluid gets in them it'd be just as bad as in a wound.
I guess that you would get infected to, since the virus is in there saliva.
I work(ed) with elderly people, and I can tell you from first hand, they can bite hard with there dentures in. Never happend that they sunk their teeth into my skin, luckily. But it's possible.
Heres a better question would it matter? I mean after a few days they would fall out.
According to the film "Tokyo Zombie" - no :)
