hell ya that movie was amazing the only thing that sucked for me was this kid behind thought that the rest of us needed his commentary but other than that no bad parts to this movie at all

after the BM scene there should of been a new rule:
never play zombie themed piratical jokes on your friends or you might get your head blown off.
and woody's character became my favorite through out the film
like both of you guys said, I too will buy this movie once it comes out on DVD.

I didn't liked it. I wouldn't go that far as saying I hated it but I certainly wasn't enertained.
The movie seemed like it was made in a hurry. No real story, they combined a badly staged post-apoc with a road trip and threw some zeds now and then. The rules weren't that funny, lots of moments lacking plausibility, the kid was annoying and acting like crap, the so called red-neck charm of Woody H. was too much. And at first it's all fun and games, "I need a twinky, I lost my puppy" and then we find out it wasn't a puppy, it was his kid, wtf? It's like look at me, I'm all tough and strong and bad-ass but I still have feelings so this story touches the more sensitive side of the audience.
Whatever.

woody wouldnt be that dumb. Some guy said it was better then Shaun of the Dead.
Of course not in my oppinion, but i can imagine that if you can attach with the characters, which
i couldnt, then you get more amused by it. For my taste the movie wasted too much time with explanation and didnt showed that much. There was a friggin tank in one scene, hell why not use that instead of "add any cooler random thing to do in an apoc world then the scene you just saw".period.

i really enjoyed it, it was one of the only zombie movies that didnt just focus on zombies killing people but instead people killing them in a fun way...it was a little more real life then all the other zombie movies. seriously if you were one of the last 6 around would you be totally serious stone faced or having fun beating the hell out of zombies
