Zpoc Survivalist Fantasy Draft Game
The idea is that you rate your top *5* skills and attributes 0-9, then your worst *3* and give a brief explanation why you've ranked yourself such. Then anyone who wants to will pick *10* of everyone who replies, giving reasons why you favor some skills over others, not taking your own skills into account (but you can pick yourself if you so choose). The idea is to design a long-term tribe that can survive indefinitely.
Also give a brief description of your personality, ie. passive, aggressive, compassionate, quiet, outgoing, impulsive, planner, etc.
Possible skills / attributes could include but aren't limited to
Hunting / fishing (this includes skinning, dressing, and making the meat ready for safe consumption)
Farming / horticultural (living off of plants and knowing what is and isn't safe to eat)
Physical fitness (0 being you get winded after salting your food and 9 being decathlon medalist)
Diplomacy / motivation (or standard people skills)
Observation skills (how well you take notice of your environment, sounds, sights, smells, everything)
Mechanical aptitude (can you fix that random car, bike, boat, or generator that you happen upon)
Emergency Medical skills (life saving)
Non emergency medical (infection and disease remedies, proper nutrition knowledge, etc.)
Problem solving (using the materials at hand to do a job they weren't designed for)
Knowledge and education (can you teach someone to read who's never learned a language, etc.)
Parenting skills (there's going to be kids around eventually, this will be important)
Construction skills (masonry, framing, roofing, assume the materials are available)
Combat skills (not only do you have them but can you teach them)
Musical abilities (actual musical theory as well as playing an instrument or singing)
Sneaking (sometimes you need to do things quietly)
Memory and learning ability
Craftsman abilities (making clothes, rope, bags, tools, gunpowder, arrows, other weapons, etc)
Feel free to add more but please notice that I've left out leadership skills intentionally, because that sort of thing is done automatically in a group of ten or so after a couple days and most people aren't a good judge of their own leadership abilities.

My Skills:
1. Emergency medical skill - 8 (as a graduated 3rd degree nursing school I think I can and able to handling
emergency medications)
2. Non emergency medical skill - 7 (I'm learning from my grandparents about traditional medicine and herbs for
medication either it's a poisoning or convulsions cases)
3. Observation and learning ability - 8 ( I think I'm a good field journalist and can learn anything pretty quick)
4. Fitness ability - 8 ( like I said before... Be healthy - improved your running ability and do other sports like soccer and
Martial Arts weekly, for example ! )
5. Hunting / farming ability - 7 ( Every natives women in Sabah must capable in these two skills... Because it's not only
important for living it's also a tradition way of life there...)

1. Flirting easily
2. Afraid of Sharks / deep sea
3. Day dreaming

Skills
1. Logical/creative thinking. - I can think of a way to do most things, work out how to fix things, make things from junk
2. Hunting.- Have reasonable tracking skills, can butcher and skin, also OK fisherman
3.Conversational skills- can talk my way into or out of most situations.
4.Basic First aid knowledge up to and including broken bones but stopping before major surgery.
5.Mechanical/Construction skills- can make most things from steel or timber given the tools.
Downside
Stubborn
Easily distracted by flirty girls
Becomes aggressive without caffine

Sneaking 10 - back in the day i did 101 things and i was never caught once. Couldn't have all been just luck xD
Maneuverability 8 - I avidly practice parkour, and i would have too say i can maneuver many types of terrain quickly. Evading and eluding, keeping adrenaline under control and your head straight under pressure. But i guess that could also fall into the category of problem solving
Observation 7 - endless hours sitting with the grandpa in the brush spotting animals actually paid off
Parenting 7 - i'd have too say i am pretty good with the little ones, keeping them amused at least
Fitness 5 - no i do not have chiseled abs but i sure am fast with average stamina
Craftsman 4 - used to repair my own clothing and it held..for a while. Improvising is key :P
Weakness-
i smoke cigarettes
allergy to poison ivy
bad teeth
i hate the open sea, or deep water even. i can swim but i prefer not to in lakes and oceans

Hunting / fishing 7 Haven't hunted in a while but it's all still in my head.
Farming / horticultural 3 Was never much interested in gardens but have managed to grow a couple tomato plants on occasion
Physical fitness 6 Have gained a couple pounds and lost a step but I'm still able to run down a 16 year old and can bench more then my body weight.
Diplomacy / motivation 9 Over the years of police work and investigation I've learned how to read people. I didn't rate myself higher cuz I'm not conceited
Observation skills 9 Again, with my previous military training and police training and learned and developed skills I can catch many things that others miss.
Mechanical aptitude 6 I can do basic repairs and replacements
Emergency Medical skills 6 basic first aid, have treated gunshot and stab wounds until medic arrived and have done CPR on a heart attack vicitm
Non emergency medical 3 I know what to eat and what not to eat, I can deal with an infection short term but I'm no doctor and have no intention of becoming one
Problem solving 10 It is what I do for a living. I can find the answer or point someone in the direction they can find it
Knowledge and education 7 I don't know how to answer this question. I have many skills that I can pass on but I'm no teacher. If someone doesn't want to learn how can you teach them anyway. I may not have the right degree but I have a vast array of knowledge that I can pass on to those who want to learn.
Parenting skills 1 no kids, don't want any. Changed a couple diapers and help bring one into this world in the back of a taxi.
Construction skills 5 Show me how and I'll get it done. I've done basic drywall and electric wiring. Plumbing and such. You have to do that stuff if you own a house and don't want to go broke paying pros.
Combat skills 9 I've taught people who have never picked up a gun in their life. I've also had training in military and police since I was 17 years old and it is ongoing. I've built my own gun and stripped one down to the bone to repair. again a 10 shows conceit as far as I'm concerned.
Musical abilities 2 I'm a shower stall baritone. tinitus has done me in.
Sneaking 7 I like a direct approach but can be stealthy if needed
Memory and learning ability 7 I forget, oh yeah. I've got it pretty good.
Craftsman abilities 8 Part of my skills and education. I can sew on a machine and off too. may not be pretty but it will be functional. I can take apart guns and fix em and can build them from the bones up. I load my own ammo. Make my own slugs.
Many of these questions having to do with skills, education and knowledge are repetitive. And just because some has a degree doesn't mean they can do what they learned in a practical envirnment. I've seen a number of College students who couldn't do squat.

sneaking 9 all my mums decendents where british royal and its my life stlye
craftsmen 8 pretty much my life
mechanical 7 dads taught me a few things and i can make lights basic idea to hotwire cars disable security cams ect
observation 8 again life style choice
problem solving 7 play puzzles alot
weapon smith 9 pnematics i can make machine guns mod pellet bb airsoft guns and tyring to make a mine

1. Marksman/Combat - 8.5 - Been Shooting Since I Was A Kid. Pretty Good Shot W Scope Or Ironsights. I Can Keep My Cool During Stressful Situations Helping Me With Accuracy At Close, Mid, And Long Ranges. Im Familiar With Hand To Hand And Armed Combat.
2. Non Emergency Medical Skills - 7.5 - My Grandmother In-Law Was An RN And Has Taught Me A Lot And I Have Studied A Bit Myself.
3. Mechanical - 7.5 - Enough Mechanical Skills For Working On Appliances, Vehicles, Some Electric And Gas Powered Motors.
4. Memory & Learning Ability - 9 - I Catch On Really Quickly With Anything. I See It Done Once And I Got It Down.
5. Observational Skills - 8 - Always Check Out My Environment No Matter What Situation. Gotta Know Your Exits, Whats Around You To Be Used As A Weapon Or Something You Can Scavenge.
WEAKNESS....
1. Caffeine - I Get Irritable As Shit When I DOnt Have It And Get Killer Headaches (Working On Getting Away From It Tho)
2. Hopelessness - If Things Look Grim I Tend To Start Losing Hope (With Right Motivation It Doesnt Happen So Easily)
3. Temper - Someone Mouths Off To Me And It Bothers Me Until I Confront Them. Also After I Get Super Pissed I Come Down From It And Im Depressed For A Little Bit.
