ok guys if the gole really is reclaiming america and not just surviving the apocalypse we will need methods of communication with each other we will need a chain of command and most importantly a rally point that we can meet each other at and hopefully fortify if we do have to leave the rally point some kind of message should be left behind "site abandoned on 05/07/2020 we are moving to (insert new rally point) so lets hear it where we all going when shtf

I think a code should be established with regards to rally point. Assuming there are roving bands if roughens about, you don't just want to broadcast where you're heading.

agreed a code should deffinitly be established as far as communications are concerned however posting said code within this page would compromise it entirely and as such the creation of our code should be pust off untill serious members can establish a more secure method for information transfer...as to methods of communication my original thought was cb radio easy to aquire and decent enough range (in regards to ones immediate area) they should also serve simple enough to charge as long as one possesed a power source of some kind
I like South Dakota lower population lots of resources and its central  . The CB is going to be the most common form of communication most people call me Coyote. See you at Sturgis
we should also consider being self sustaining a stockpile is great at allowing a person time to establish what they need but it all runs out eventually (for one reason or another)

so than everyone is agreed south dakota is our ultimate rally point?

Well no I'm thinking it should be some ware that"s been scouted and prepared but I'm open to ideas.
hmmm hey wildman brown since your the most prepared would you welcome us converging on your position?
What are you bringing with you?
im afraid im still in the process of becoming nearly as prepared as you but i can promise a cb radio a big mean dog (if she makes it) and my rifle munitions and supplies
I'm working on three different locations looking for high fences and geographical defendability and available resources . The key is going to be out lasting the initial panic .
Any rally point we choose should be some place that isn't easy for zeds to get to, at least not many. Mountains, heavily wood areas, etc., these are perfect places to rally and plan strategies. CB radios will do good, but I believe they are illegal in Canada so I'm not too sure about them.

I agree, if or when it hits the fan I moving west into the Montana/Idaho/Wyoming area with a small group of friends who have been hunting that area for years now.
