Every time i have a dream about Zombies, which often happens, they are always hauling ass. pretty scary but it makes the dream that much more intense. So i guess the fast ones make the movie more intense.

Fast Zombies(Unlike in 28 Days Days/Weeks Later) still need to be shot in the head. Slow Zombies or, Shamblers as I like to call them, give you an unfair(to them) advantage. Shamblers any day.
