What if the outbreak is caused by a foreign country?
What if the outbreak is caused by a foreign country ? one that has the ability to control the spread of infection and can cure or end it at will , and are using the outbreak as an excuse to invade and hold land on the pretext of rendering aid never intending to leave and to replace our form of government with their own.

the ability to end it at will would hinge on a lot of things going just right. unless the other country had some sort of airbourne antivirus it would be very easy for it all to get out of hand.it seems likely to cause a lvl 3 or 4 outbreak

IF THE OUTBREAK WAS IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY IT WOULD BE THE BEST THING FOR THE USA. BUT MOST IMPORTANT FOR US. WE AT THIS SITE WOULD BE ABLE TO SEE AN OUTBEAK AND UNDRESTAND WHAT IS HAPPENING BEFORE MOST PEOPLE. IT WOULD ALLOW US TO PREPARE FAST. IN ANOTHER COUNTRY IT WOULD GIVE A SMALL AMOUNT OF TIME WHICH IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SURVIVING AND BECOMING A ZOMBIE. BEING ABLE TO GET HOME TO MY WIFE AND SON WOULD BE THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO ME. WITH TIME I CAN MAKE I HAVE ALL THE SUPPLIES I NEED.

if the outbreak is caused by a foreign country then i hope it doesnt spred here cuz i live in a stick town so not much to defend ourselves with...but i guess living in a remote community might reduce the risk of the infection spreading here.

I took the clothes from the deceased guard, along with his weapon, a glock 19... my M4 was out, and 9mm is better then nothing. There was a lot of activity down in these corridors.
eventually I found veggitation again, and a bunker that led to this base... where I was statoned before the outbreak.
