There was a small attack at a jazz festival in downtown Rochester earlier this month. It was controlled very efficiently, and was passed off as a belligerent drunk.
However, the infection spread soon after, and we are now exhibiting a class 2 outbreak. It doesn't look like it's going to die down any time soon.
If you survive work on getting a high concrete wall around your home, it will survive this degree of outbreak. And if it gets too bad in your area, they might get some army foce in there and evacuate you.
