Contest Submission Guidelines
As I have mentioned, this group was created with the context of making it easier for the LZ Creators to find and decide upon contest winners. Contributors for contests should observe the following guidelines on how to submit their contest entries...
Writing Contests:
Persons wishing to submit for writing contests should simply copy and paste their submission as a reply to the thread created for that contest. They should also enter it as a blog post as well. We will feature winning submissions on the LZ main page as a blog post.
Photography Contests:
Persons wishing to submit for Photo contests should upload the picture to www.lostzombies.com with a title and description (i.e. [Month] Picture Contest). After you upload your picture, reply in the contest area under the thread for the contest you are participating in. There is a button to add your picture in the reply section (it looks like a little camera). We will feature winning submissions on the LZ main page.
Video/Film Contests:
Persons wishing to submit for Video/Film contests should first upload the video to www.lostzombies.com in whatever manner works best (Uploading to youtube, Vimeo, etc. is acceptable as well) with a title and description (i.e. [Month] Film Contest). Once you have uploaded your video to the website you will notice a place beneath the window where your film appears that says "Get Embed Code":
Copy and paste teh Embed code in the thread under the contest you are submitting for...
Raw footage for film contest entries must be sent to:

No later than the last calendar day of the month in which the contest takes place.
We will feature the winning submission for each contest on the LZ main page.
Prizes:
Generally speaking, prizes will be LZ wear but contest winners may request an LZ article of equal or lesser value depending on availability. Prizes will be made available as soon as possible after a winning entry is chosen.
