Looks like morning fog, but could very easily pass for as gas attack as well combined w/ the right footage.
I just moved near an airport . I'll try to get some good footage of the planes & helicopters taking off and landing sometime soon.

it was wierd as hell, suddenly appeared in that one spot at about 6pm for about 20 minutes and then vanished again
