Hey,

I've got a little dig cam, can take cool pictures and capture footage ... once i get a proper camera for filming (soon i hope_ i'll be able to contribute more, however the unprofessional asect of my cam sometimes lends to the atmosphere albeit accidental....

I can get footage of Docks, Beaches, Worls war 2 bunkers, caves, tunnles, abandoned houses emergency vehicles enroute, a firebrigade station, empty streets, traffic jams, pretty much anything... So just add me or leave a comment on my page if you require anything specific and i'll see what i can do...

I've also got lots of fancy dress stuff, including the obvious, blood etc, i can make fake intestines and i have two little girls who would be more than willing to dress up and take part with me...

I'm adding a link once it finally finishes uploading - it's just a short clip of some buildings and the docks, the weather was grey and raining and windy, it's nothing special but thought someone might find it useful.

Anyway guys..  look forward to contributing as and when...

Thanks

Claire

PS

if anyone can tell me how to shrink video clips so they don't take so danm long to upload please let me know... thanks

as i said before if anyone can tell me how to make the files smaller... i'm all ears

Thanks

Claire
sweet footage!

normally you can choose what type of file to save your movie as in a video editor, avi is huuuuuge while a standard windows format can be really small. It normally depends on what editor you use to find out what file type you can make a movie file as.

If you have any ideas for a project let me know im always up for helping out or doing a collab with someone!
Hey Laz thanks for the info...

Project ideas..

Something that could be quite easy to create is an evac situation... like a town trying to evacuate...SHots of really bad traffic jams especially in one directions with the other side of the road looking much clearer (for obvious reasons), shots of police directing traffic, shots of emergency vehicles enroute ... We could create a mini movie intro perhaps with a voice over slowly describing the events which lead up to the actual movie ....

i might even be able to access a fire station to get some footage or if i'm patient and sit outside for a while i'll be able to film them leaving the station in an emergency... i dunno... spose it depends on what input we can get from others...

I'm obviously open to any and all suggestions and ideas... so just let me know..

Thanks again

Claire
that sounds cool, Im looking into getting some footage of deserted streets and main roads very soon (will unfortunately involve getting up early lol) so maybe that could work really well in stark contrast with your footage of the inital outbreaks ie the hectic traffic, police and fire engines responding?

brain storming is sweeeeet :D
