My watch is off... broken maybe. I need to find a new one, but it's still hard for me to loot bodies. Gotta suck it up I guess. I'm loaded down and it's time to try and leave. I took one more trip into my neighbor's basement and got a sturdy vest for me and some gear to wrap around my dog. For now, she's going to help me carry some of this stuff. I'm leaving my house and following the river north. I hope to make it to the ConEdison plant by nightfall. It's really close, but like I said, Queens is packed with these bastards.

Last night I noticed a couple of kids climbing out of the fire escape in the building across the street. I should stop and see if they can follow before I leave. I took a shot at it last night but I got noticed. Tested out this sword though... like butter...

Time to go. Wish me luck, anyone in New York close enough to the power plant, I'm going to set up there, I have a plan that I think will work, but I'll need others to get it done.

Stay safe and keep covered. Til next time-
George

Zane i hear you, theres a small survivor camp near the Thomson River. Not sure if they're infected or not, but give it a try. I'll post all of the survivor camps for help surviving and where they are:

U.S: Manchester CT, Baltimore VT, and Cathedral City, SA.
That's all i'v found for now, except for that small survivor group in Australia. Contact me if you need anything else. Over and out.

I'm not sure if this message will send properly, I am on extremley short time restrictions right now. I am here alive in Australia with a group of 4 friends including myself. We have been constantly moving, too afraid to bunker down. We are attempting to head out of the suburbs we are in now and get into a more rural area. We change vehicles when the oppurtunity arrives, currently in a sedan with large bootspace. We have 2 bolt action rifles, a shotgun, a handgun, and a scarily low amount of ammo. Our goal is to reach some sort of suvivor camp, military instalation, anything. We do constant radio checks for any broadcasts. I can only hope that we get through this safely.

I had never thought to be able to communicate very often with the rest of the world, so my entries have been few and far between, but no I have my own laptop and a cell network adaptor, so I guess now I should be able to keep my thoughts on the waves...

I made it home and got outfitted the way I had hoped to. I found my dog, Suki, just hanging out on my bed surrounded by all the food and toys she had dragged from around the house. Honestly, she's in better shape than anyone I've met yet, and I hate to take her from her little palace. I know the food will run out for her eventually though, and I don't want her closed up in here with nothing to eat, so when I leave, I'm taking her with me. I still don't know how the undead react to animals, I haven't had much of a case for research, so I will try to think of a way to protect her until I know for sure she's in the clear.

I got my old Jody Sampson of its stand. Funny, I bought it and all my friends thought it was so funny to spend so much on a sword. "You'll never use it, why spend the money?" Well this exact situation hadn't been my argument at the time, but it looks like I get the last laugh in the end. I also did some hunting. I knew that my neighbor collected guns, but it looks like he already ran for it with most of what he could carry. I found a decent Remington 700, from what I read, it's pretty much a started gun, but it uses shells that I know can be found almost anywhere.

I think I will stay here and stay quiet for a few days. Eat the rest of the perishable before they are too far south and then head out. I have plans for Queens and I'll be damned if I let them fall through.

I don't have very strong signal at the moment. We're just pulling off from Puerto Rico. This account is being added to the journal by my younger sister while I steer out my Predator 52 into the bright, clear waters surrounding the island. We are starting our expenditure today at 10:02 AM hoping to hit Miami Beach, Florida two days from now going full steam all day tonight and tomorrow. We left some survivors back at the fortified apartment area to hold down the fort in our absence. I'd once again like to put out the offer of picking up ANY survivors that are looking to get to an ISOLATED area away from mainland. Just give us a shout out.

Ok, so I made it over the bridge and I'm working my way through Queens at the moment. God damn, if I thought Queens was the land of the living dead before, then I guess that makes this hell now! They are everywhere! It looks like the elderly were much more easily affected by the virus than the rest of us, but luckily they are still slow. God, am I bad for laughing at that?

Anyways, I'm trying to make it back to my old apartment by the water. I had a pretty good stash of weapons there before this all went down, thank god I was a collector! None of them require ammo, all blades and blunt objects. I need to get there soon and replace these pipes, they are about to fall apart. If anyone is in the Queens area, I found this computer and connection in the old library near Northern Blvd. just south of the Best Buy. I'm going to hit that Home Depot too, to see what I can use, but the parking lot is packed with shufflers. Let me know if there is anyone alive (proper alive) nearby, I'll see if I can help. Remember everyone, I've got plans for queens.

To any survivors out there, I am currently located off the coast of Puerto Rico on an uncharted island. Used to live in the vicinity of Mayaguez before all of this started up. I have in my possession a SunSeeker Predator 52 and a Predator 64 docked here with me on the island. Included on these two yachts are 2 captain's quarters, 2 double guest rooms, 2 double twin guest rooms, and 2 crew bunk and galley areas. I will be leaving to head towards a larger private island, Culebras, very soon. We have created a small, sustainable community there through small trips back and forth between the islands. We are planning on a raid of the most southern tips of the states for medical and other necessary supplies to stock up with. We are planned to dock near Miami Beach, Florida Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and Virginia Beach, Virginia. If you live in or near any of these places, please let us know. We are more than willing to pick you and survivors up and bring you back to the secure island community we have created. Our docks will be less than a day in duration at each stop so be sure to be timely and let us aware so we can be on the lookout. Bring as many supplies as you can carry with you without dragging yourselves down. We have limited space, but will take as many as possible. (Weapons and ammunition a plus!) If this trip is successful/bountiful, we will plan another scavenger outing in the near future.
