Been building up my cardio here lately. Working on my hand to hand combat and getting my accuracy on the crossbow and M1 Grand better. It is never to late to start preparing. Stay hidden, Stay safe and always be prepare.

If you find a zombie wandering around your house. And the coast is clear, you can always use a snare. Just tie a line across the thresh hold of the door and open the door. This snare should be fastened on the outside of every door to your house. The line should be about knee high or just below. When you find a zombie wandering around your house, and if he is all alone, you can open any one of your snared doors. You open the door quietly, the zombie comes in, trips on the wire, then you do your thing. Pull him in clean up, keeping it quiet. Just keeping it quiet.

The crowbar as described in the Zombie Survivalist Guide, is the weapon/tool of choice to dispatch those Zeds. Great book.
