when choosing your weapons to battle the hords of the undead get something light weight, duriable, quiet and could kill a zombie in one or two hits,my choice(crowbar)is curved design makes it easy to grip, the shapened end makes a good tool to shove through the eye socket and it can help pry doors,or move heavy objects.
or you could try a mossberg 500 with an M-4 stock, I didn't mean to imply you couldn't handle a large caliber the 20 gauge persuader and the 410 mossbergs were desined for smaller people to use , I am 6'2" and I have freaky small hands so I am limited to some guns over others because I can't get a firm grip.

I'm 5'3". Don't weigh enough.
I can use any weapon while prone or with a rest. Recoil doesn't matter much then (wouldn't try it with a rocket launcher...), and it doesn't matter if I can reach the fore grip.
Surefire has a foregrip that has a light mounted in it that is a great start , as for stocks you can get a m-4 stock from a few places a folding stock from copstock I think is the company i woud have to check but as far as folders go it is one of the best in my opinion , there are a lot of after market stuff for both shotguns you can really trick them out . and don't forget ghost ring sites
Tapco has a lot of cool stuff , I can't recall the name but there is a folding stock for a 22lr the comes with a laser built in to it really cool . but you can't go wrong with Tapco
i was checking on this panther arms site. u can basically start out with a basic weopon and build on to it and is shiped to u with all the add on features
