when choosing your weapons to battle the hords of the undead get something light weight, duriable, quiet and could kill a zombie in one or two hits,my choice(crowbar)is curved design makes it easy to grip, the shapened end makes a good tool to shove through the eye socket and it can help pry doors,or move heavy objects.

or you could try a mossberg 500 with an M-4 stock, I didn't mean to imply you couldn't handle a large caliber the 20 gauge persuader and the 410 mossbergs were desined for smaller people to use , I am 6'2" and I have freaky small hands so I am limited to some guns over others because I can't get a firm grip.
I'm 5'3". Don't weigh enough.
I can use any weapon while prone or with a rest. Recoil doesn't matter much then (wouldn't try it with a rocket launcher...), and it doesn't matter if I can reach the fore grip.
What is the ideal stock for a 500 or 870
Surefire has a foregrip that has a light mounted in it that is a great start , as for stocks you can get a m-4 stock from a few places a folding stock from copstock I think is the company i woud have to check but as far as folders go it is one of the best in my opinion , there are a lot of after market stuff for both shotguns you can really trick them out . and don't forget ghost ring sites
thanks i've been looking at the foldable ones. I'm thinking about getting a .22 rifle with a conversion kit from TAPCO, any thoughts?
Tapco has a lot of cool stuff , I can't recall the name but there is a folding stock for a 22lr the comes with a laser built in to it really cool . but you can't go wrong with Tapco
does a scope really need to be on a shotgun? i see people with it put i never figured with the yardage it gets, that i would need one
my bad. what about red dot sights. i'm looking at an ar 15, and im goijng to give it that tapco touch
i was checking on this panther arms site. u can basically start out with a basic weopon and build on to it and is shiped to u with all the add on features
go to google and type in panther arms, and it'll take u to the offical site. and build ur dream gun.
id use anything that i could get my hands on.
So i'll start with the katana. First of all finding a good katana that isn't a cheap replica that will break on impact with a gouls skull is rather difficult. It takes research to find a katana that is ready for the zombie apocolipse. I hate it when poeple always say that a katana never runs out of ammo and will cut through heads with ease and that its one of the best weapons for fighting zeds. I respectfully dissagree. A real katana that is not a cheap replica that will actually do its job can cost up to 2000 to 5000 bucks. Second. The poeple that used the katana train with it for years and even with years of experiance and endless training with this weapon it takes an amazing amount of skill to chop things such as bamboo wich they used as the same density of human limbs. Even with years and years of combat and training experiance it was difficult to do this. Now lets think of the untrained average joe. He is going to have almost no chance of using this weapon in the proper way. now the blade is 23 to 28 inches long and at that range if you miss a swing then your pretty mutch going in for a zombie hug you'll be that close. The zombies arms are out streched reach for you its going to be luck if you can get past those arms to hit the neck or head. It will take an amazing amount of luck for the average joe to do anything to the goul. The katana is virtually useless to an untrained man. Now just think of this. Your in a room with 3 zombies. its a very small room and you pull out your katana. first of all your going to be under a ton f pressure wich will most likely cause you to panic and not be carefull with your swings. Most likely you'll end up miss or not doing a fatal blow and they bite and and most likely kill you. Thats about how far the katana will get you. To an untrained man a crowbar would be three times the weapon a katana would. Now on the other hand a trained samuri would want a katana in a zombie outbreak because if you know how to use it its a formitable weapon...but in the midst of a zombie outbreak where are you going to find time to train? thnk you and that is all.
