Crash course in bradley 1. Turn on master power 2. Turn on engine accessory 3. Push the fuel cut off valve in, all of those will be on the panel by the stearing panel push the gear shift on your right to the right, that will start it. There you go! It drives pretty much like a car after that.
idk if that was sarcasim but thanks for the help. I'll keep that in mind when i come across one in the apocolypse
Maybe somebody will build a Warthog like the ones in Halo. I would love to drive around in one of those... killing zombies...
And when you think about it, it is very possible to build one. They are alot like Jeeps, have a modern machine gun on top (not a laser, like most SciFi vehicles), can probably haul alot of stuff, and they can fit into your average freaking LIVING ROOM with little damage to the structeral integrety of either the building or Warthog. Plus, the wheels and tires are made of Metal, like most of the vehicle. And it wouldn't be that hard to add a roof and doors to it.
It would be too light to haul heavy gear.
Maybe.
However, just get a Jeep.
You can do more with it, the replacement parts are easy to find, and you can always put a gun on the roll bars if you must have one.
Just wondering wtf everyone wants with tanks and armoured cars, zombies don't shoot back. Any small truck 2 ton and over is all you need. They run on diesel, have heaps of torque for pushing other vehicles out of the way, high enough up that zeds can't reach the windows and you can carry a shitload in the back.
Personally I'm sticking with a motorcycle, it will get me out of town and where I want to go while using the minimum of fuel and I can carry all I need on it.
i have read most of your your ideas and serious cat is not amused first off look around your town and then look at your self are you really going to be able to do much more then cower in the attic let alone find hijack and drive even a motor cycle from a horde off zombies!!?!?!?!?!?! i certainly wouldn't if i don't kill my self first i( after crying for a while) would blow out my steps to the up stair (or attic depending) after caring neccasary supplies for a 5-7 days untill the general panic died down so that i could get lout with out having to worry about military Marshall law and if availible find a small snow plow and get out of there like that one kid earlier said then i would immediately head to a small town or even a single ranch because  theirs is a better chance at those places they are alive and the less you know a person the better *!!! never ever take friends or family they will be your death!!!!!! (ITS cold but necessary)

freakin great man, i would change one or two things but you make a good point. also glad to see serious cat cares about zombie survival

ok i see alot of talk about finding vehicles but why not make or modify the one you have. i actually drew up a semi simple modified pick-up today (it just pop in my head and i had to get it one paper) now im not a machcanic but i have seen similar mods done before so i know it's possible, just need to figure out the steering. what im talking about is taking a old pick-up and replacing the wheels with track, put on some brush guards, replace the windows with plexiglass and put steel mesh over them and boom bam boom you got your self a zed' vehicle. here's what i drew so far i based it on a two seater that's for sale near me. yes i do realize i drew the track a little short lengthwise but it's a first draft so ehh. and dont ask me how i plan on paying for this (if i do try and make it) because i dont know either.
