Permalink Reply by Skot (Lost) on December 27, 2012 at 10:10am Here's a few Ideas I've had:
1. Book of Voicemails. So we have a ton of voicemail messages that are really interesting. They might translate well if I simply typed them out. It would certainly lend it's self to a mobile app where users could listen to voicemails.
2. Letters from Teresa. A book of letters from people living in the quarantine camp.
3. Book of text messages. I could set up a service where users can text in their notes then I could compile them into a book.
I've got a bunch more, but those are the ones I've been thinking most seriously about.
I love all 3 what can I do to help? Thanks for responding to the thread Skot!
What are some other ones? What about another follow up book? Most series don't get rolling till about book 3 right?

Permalink Reply by Skot (Lost) on December 28, 2012 at 3:38pm I love the notes, the trick is differentiating from the first book. We need to come up with a specific context that twists it.

Permalink Reply by Skot (Lost) on December 28, 2012 at 3:37pm Yeah, I like this. What I have found though is that the short bits of writing from loads of voice is most powerful.
Permalink Reply by Michelle Otis on December 28, 2012 at 6:16pm I agree. If we could figure out a way to combine the two...

You can find plenty of stories right here in the writers bloc. I would suggest useing or at least reading thru the contest winners. and asking their permissions. -Omega
