There are four classes of outbreaks (different from Max Brook's outbreak classification system, although very similar):

1. 1-20 z

2. 20-100 z

3. 100+ z

4. DEAD ZONE (completely overrun)


The definition of a completely overrun zone is very loose at best. Generally, it refers to an area where the population of zombies outnumbers that of the last reported pre-outbreak population of people.

where?
its difficult to find something that is obviously a zombie attack. most records are REALLY close, but there is always one little tiny detail that disproves it. here in Ky there are a lot of reports of dismemberment and gruesome unsolved murders in Lexington and Louisville. i personally think that I have seen them in Nicholasville, but I couldn't get close enough to prove it. hope this helps.
