This discussion is for the study of zombie data represented on any and all of the maps that this group has. Here is where you should share all your ideas about what everything means, and discuss it with other people. Who knows, maybe we'll actually learn something...

I would also like to announce to all those who don't already know, or haven't already joined, that my newly started group Zombie Ethology could use some help getting started. Think about it as very similar to this individual discussion, but instead of focusing on study of the data provided by just the maps made by this group, it will be based also on personal accounts, video reports, audio, photographic, and otherwise. Please help this group get started. It has opened up a new door for many to have a place to get their ideas out into the open, to be discussed and debated over... And more importantly, to be studied and analyzed, so that we may in the end have a greater understanding of our zombie threat.

I've looked at the map of infestation and have made a few discoveries. The west coast seems to be prone with infection. This could be due to international tourism on the west coast. There seem to be multiple in the Florida-Georgia region as well, which would also indicate tourism. International reports have been few, so I'm a little perplexed.
I'm most interested in the fact that the outbreaks mainly started in Nevada and California... And yet Nevada is not even close to being a dead zone. Is this mainly to do with zombie migrations out of the area or some other reason?
It could be a series of barricades along the border, but with the nearby states being complete dead zones, a barricade that large and well-kept seems nearly impossible.
I'm just gonna say it. THE CAMPION VIRUS DID NOT CAUSE ZOMBIFICATION BY ITSELF! The virus had spread across the whole world, yet the zomibes came out of northern california, where CAMPION DRUGS WERE BEING TESTED. The drug combined with the virus caused zombification.
well im no expert but from what i can gather about the zombies and the disease it staarted in japan or military reasons untill it got out. the city infeccted got nuked and the virus destroyed. most of it was until 2007 where japans only sample broke loose into the streets of new mexico city. 3 yearss later its infeccted the U.S and with the goverment tryin to hide it theres no hope for them to help infeccted areas. the only other things i know about them is they dont need to breathe they dont remeber there old friends and they need to feed. only a shot to the head or complete incineration of everything will kill one. they eat human flesh and the virus affects everyone diferenly you could be a strong guy then turn weak. or a slow man into a lepored.
