Share 'Fortify this Building'

Im very interested in hearing how Community members would fortify certain buildings to defend themselves if they were to stay for an extended period of time For instance 1) A house 2) A hospital 3) A shopping mall How would you fortify these buildings to protect against Zombies? This is a learning thread, we can share ideas and build on them
