Share 'Apartment'

I live on the 2nd story in a 3 story apartment complex. Am I fucked or am I fucked? There's really only 2 ways out, front door leading to a little staircase or off the balcony... Only thing is after I jump off the balcony I have 2 options, go along the side to the front of the building, or hop onto rocks into a tit load of trees.... Suggestions??
