The husband, and I are working with Gary Streiner, the Sound Engineer for NOTLD, to get the word out about what's been going on with the Evans City Cemetery chapel. The chapel can be seen in the opening scene of NOTLD- it was in danger of being torn down until Gary convinced the city council to let him try and raise the funds to restore the chapel. George Romero recently sent a letter to Gary sending his support for the effort. You can read Mr. Romero's letter here:

Gary asked Gordon (aforementioned husband) and I if we would make our Corpse O' Clock News the official news report for the effort. He invited us to come to PA to see the cemetery, and to get footage of the charity screening of the movie at The Strand Theater in Zelienople, PA.
So we packed up Katie and Nigel's heads (watch an episode and you'll understand), and drove 8 hours in the snow to meet Gary, and Joe Barbarisi- the director of the documentary being made about all of this.
These are pictures from our trip.

Comment by Tricia Martin on December 30, 2011 at 7:48am Well...there WERE pictures from our trip- but they keep getting deleted...I may as well just not even have an album if the mods won't let me upload pictures. Why even have the option available?
