Contributers are getting the book for free ffs... just seems a bit greedy to expect more, there are plenty of costs involved that need to be covered and there is no garuntee of success with regards to the book or the docu so no garuntee that costs will be adequately covered ...   .. but hey.. so be it i guess...

I had originally submitted 8 notes but only three were used in the final draft of the book.

not being funny but why is everyone so desperate for the free gifts...  surely bragging rights that you were involved in the book is more than enough to warrant buying the book not to mention the pure awesomeness of the whole project even if, like me, you didn't come across lost zombies til after the book submissions was over.

how do we get our pre-order gifts?

I pre-ordered the day it was announced and didn't get anything with the book when it came yesterday?

Also I'm wondering where my copy is for being a contributor?

We do have shirts but as gifts they would cost more than the book :(
