M-11 is 9mm or .380. M-10 is .45 no .40 made. Mine is a m-11 9mm with an after market slowfire lage upper takes the rate of fire down from 1100 rpm to 600 rpm :)
and the saiga drum is the 30 round not the 20. I have YouTube videos under madmax4x4 with the 30 round drum in a semi and full auto saiga 12

A MAC as far as i know is a sub machine pistol that originally came in for of the MAC-10 most commonly known and it was in 9mm i think the mac-11 is a 45 or a 40 cal submachine pistol similar to the MAC-10 and came after the mac 10

30 round drum magazine!? I thought they only made a 20 round drum magazine for the saiga 12.

it's a saiga 12, 30 round drum, mac suppressor, and a full auto mac-11 with Lage slowfire upper
