We had our first incident in 16 weeks today. Something, we are still not sure what, Attacked Sarah Harmon and her baby. We had become complacent ....We paid a price.

Civil Defense Report #446
Due to yesterdays unpleasantness we have put back into effect some rules.
1) all citizens must be behind secure doors 1hr before sunset until 1hr after sunrise.
2) All windows and doors on the first level of your home must be boarded up and secure.
3) All personal CB's and walkie-talkies must be in working order with fresh batteries.
4) We will once again be having a gun awareness and handling demonstration on Sundays after services.
In addition to these procedures all watch towers will be manned 24/7 until further notice. See the watch commander for your schedule.
My deputies will be on patrol. They have been instructed to shoot first.
All strangers are to be treated with caution and common sense.

And the only law North of the Norwalk River .........
